Te newest generation of compact banknote recycler for 2/4 denominations, the UBA Pro-RT/-RQ features improved performance.
DRGT continues to deliver on its 'Player
First' mantra Subsequent to its public launch at G2E in Las Vegas, DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) has completed the seamless integration, and subsequent installation, via it's local Belgian subsidiary DRGT Online, of unTill's Food and Beverage Point of Sale (POS) solution at Casino Oostende in Belgium.
“We have operated and managed our casino cashlessly on DRGT's system since inception, and the ability for players to now to be able to use their loyalty points to pay for meals and drinks directly via their player card is a huge coup for us," shares Casino Oostende Chief Operating Officer, Delphine Lootens. “Add to that our ability to now easily manage inventory, track players preferred meals and drinks, and reconcile points and their associated POS sales all in one place and I couldn't be happier."
Whilst many operators have some form of POS and casino management system (CMS) integration, in most cases players need to redeem their loyalty points at some sort of kiosk or the cash desk and then take that voucher to a bar or restaurant to redeem those points in respect of their purchase or outstanding bill; a rather tedious, clumsy and insecure process, and one that is also open to abuse.
"What we have managed to execute here talks 100 P10 NEWSWIRE / INTERACTIVE / MARKET DATA
per cent to our design mantra of 'the player first'; it was an absolute pleasure dealing with unTill who at all times remained fully committed to meeting our parter Casino Oostende's needs, but to also the further opportunities this solution now creates for all of our other casino partners, and I am sure a number of new ones too," comments Michiel van Dam, DR Gaming Technology’'s Chief Technical Officer.
In closing, DRGT Online Managing Director, Christophe Van Quathem, notes that: "If the interest shown at our first public launch of this integrated solution at the G2E Exhbition in Las Vegas in mid- October is anything to go by, I have no doubt that our office in Aalst, as well as those of my colleagues servicing the rest of Europe, Africa, Asia, Mexico, and South America will be inundated with queries over the next couple of months."
Te speed, reliability and the cutting-edge technology of the UBA Pro-RT/-RQ set industry standards for banknote recyclers, with faster processing speed and a lockable and removable recycling module with non-volatile memory, allowing note refills in the back office for secure cash handling. Te UBA Pro-RT/-RQ also features JCM’s patented anti-stringing technology
consisting of an anti-pullback mechanism to protect against banknote stringing/manipulation.
“Te UBA Pro family has established its credentials in the gaming sector with an increasing number of high-profile installations since its launch,” says Hans Pesch, Sales Director of JCM Europe.
