At the core of our thinking for 2024 is, “What would a player want to do?”.
We want to create environments where casino or sports play is rewarded and boosted. We want to give players multiple reasons to come back to an operator site, not just to kill time with a few spins. And we want to connect all of these things.
How? We want to create ecosystems. Imagine a punter’s surprise and delight at having the odds of winning a jackpot increased because of the deposit they recently did that was itself attached to a favourable deposit bonus that they won via a daily free scratch card.
Naturally these ecosystems are not simple and definitely not easy. There’s still a lot of work to be done, but we are committed to taking the heavy lifting away from operators and suppliers so they can focus on their already inexhaustible list of challenges.
User Engagement is a good-enough term to describe what we, and others in our space, do. However, 2024 for Jooba will be the year that we morph into User Ecosystems. Watch this space.
