Uflex is a major provider of flexible packaging and packaging film – producing large volumes of biaxially oriented PP and PET, as well as cast PP products. It also has expertise in aseptic liquid packaging and holography. The company has clients in 150 countries – including major players such as P&G and PepsiCo. Clients span the FMCG, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, automotive and other markets. Its packaging is used for products as diverse as soap, snack foods, sugar and rice.


Product lines:


The company’s relevant product lines are packaging film, aseptic liquid packaging, holography, flexible packaging and printed cylinders. Its film products include BOPP, BOPET, CPP, metallised and Alox-coated films. Its holography products – such as holographic self-adhesive security labels – help to prevent counterfeiting and enhance brand protection. In addition, it produces a wide range of flexpack products, including stand-up pouches, flexi-tubes, lids and reclosable bags.


Factory locations:


The company has three factories in India – in Noida, Jammu and Sanand – with a total manufacturing capacity of more than 135,000 tonnes/year. It is also building a fourth, in Dharwad, southern India. In addition, it has a number of facilities outside India – in UAE, Mexico, Poland, Egypt, USA, Russia, Hungary and Nigeria.
