HydroGraph sets up compounding network
Canadian graphene producer HydroGraph has launched a Compounding Partner Program to facilitate widespread adoption of its Fractal Graphene, a tur- bostratic material manufac- tured using its patented detonation synthesis technology. The initiative is designed to establish a qualified network of plastic com- pounders with demonstrat- ed expertise in processing graphene-enhanced thermoplastic materials, with participants undergo- ing a qualification process to ensure suitability. Agilyx acquires GreenDot shares
Agilyx has entered into a binding and fully financed agreement to acquire 44% of GreenDot, based in Germany.
Licensed across 29 countries, GreenDot currently reprocesses over 400,000 tonnes/yr of plastic. Agilyx said it is building a
global platform to supply feedstock to the plastic recy- cling industry. �

ExxonMobil opens chemical recycling unit
ExxonMobil has expanded operations in Baytown, Texas, US, with a second chemical recycling unit. Combined with the first, which has been in operation since late 2022, the company has processed more than 100m pounds (450,000 tonnes) of

plastic as of May 2025. “We’re ready for this expanded capacity - we’ve learned from the first unit what works well and what to do better. These lessons have been applied to the second unit and improvements will continue with each
new unit,” said ExxonMobil. The company has also announced additional investments at Baytown and in Beaumont, Texas, US, which will increase overall capacity to approxi- mately 500m pounds/yr. �
