Monaco Yacht Show
September 27-30 Come and meet us again at the Monaco Yacht Show at stand number QS68 Darse Sud to discuss the latest research we carry out for the yachting industry.
the yachting industry. Hydrodynamic software for sale
Our hydrodynamic knowledge and experience is assimilated into new software tools. All these tools are validated with model test results and full-scale data. We use them on a day-to-day basis within our research projects - and so do our clients. Many of these software tools are now commercially available to support your design, engineering and simulation analyses. They can be used for ship performance & hull form optimisation, propeller design & analysis, motion & mooring analysis, operability analysis and nautical training. Interested? See
www.marin.nl/software-sales for a complete list or contact

Europort,
Rotterdam November 7-10 MARIN cannot be missed at Europort, the international exhibition for maritime technology in Rotterdam. We welcome you to stand 8217 / Hall 8 in the Holland Pavilion of Netherlands Maritime Technology.
Hydrodynamic test institutes and univer- sities involved in the Hydro Testing Forum (HTF) network are organising the fifth AMT Conference on October 11-13 in Glasgow, in collaboration with the SNAME Western European Section. The hosting partner University of Strathclyde is in charge of the organisation. HTF is a continuation of the European Research project Hydro Testing Alliance, which brings specialists together from the world of hydrodynamic testing.
Marintec China,
Shanghai December 5-8 Visit us in the ‘Maritime by Holland’ Pavilion of HME at the Marintec China 2017 Conference & Exhibition. MARIN will be present together with its Chinese partner, Shanghai Ship and Shipping Research Institute (SSSRI).
ner,
AMT’17 Conference is of benefit to industry members, academics and students interested in advanced model and full-scale testing methodologies, and measurement techniques used in the marine environment. The conference theme, like the previous AMT conferences, covers a diverse range of state-of-the-art
measurement technologies in the marine environment such as: PIV/ LDA operation; High-speed video; Flow data analysis and visualisation; 3D wave field measurements; Pod/Dynamic forces; Wireless data transmission; Intelligent materials and production methods; Wetted surface and Free running model technologies. To reflect the current HTF activities, AMT’17 will place a special emphasis on detailed flow measurements, underwater radiated noise measurements, nuclei measurements; coatings/anti- fouling performance measurements and measurement uncertainty.
For the conference programme and registration please view the AMT website at
www.marin.nl/amt17 and for more information contact HTF Chairman Maarten Flikkema,
