QR SAFETY LAUNCHES FREE AI-POWERED RAMS BUILDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
QR Safety is launching a new AI- powered RAMS Builder designed to help construction businesses produce professional, project specific risk assessments and method statements more quickly.
Going live on 21 September 2026, the platform will be completely free for all users, regardless of the size of their business or whether they are an existing QR Safety customer. There will be no subscription, licence fee or requirement to purchase another QR Safety service.
The QR Safety RAMS Builder combines artificial intelligence with construction health and safety knowledge to guide users through the creation of clear and practical RAMS documentation.
Users can enter details about their project, site and planned work before building their documents using a structured activity and hazard library. The system can also use AI to draft method statements from a job specification, improve wording supplied by the user and identify relevant hazards from the proposed work.
Unlike generic AI writing tools, the platform has been developed
STOCKSIGNS COMPLETES 2026 CHARITY CLIMB FOR THE CHILDREN’S TRUST
Construction and workplace signage specialist Stocksigns has completed an exhilarating climb of Mont Buet, the highest peak in the Chablais Alps in France, raising £22,750 for its long- term charity partner The Children’s Trust. The achievement marks the company’s commitment to the charity and local community, as well as the generosity of its sponsors.
This year, Stocksigns celebrates its 10th anniversary of charity challenges. Its latest challenge saw the team tackle the 3,000-metre (10,157ft) Mont Buet near Chamonix. The team was also joined by representatives from partners including D2D Associates Limited, Tenzing Search, Balfour Beatty and Innova Solutions.
With breathtaking scenery, relentless elevation and technical terrain, the climb was a significant achievement, highlighting the team’s camaraderie, perseverance and determination. After two challenging days, the team successfully reached the summit.

The £22,750 raised will support The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury and neurodisabilities. The charity delivers education, rehabilitation and community services through skilled teams working with children and their families, combining fun activities and day trips with therapy and healthcare.
Tracy Poulton, Partnerships Manager at The Children’s Trust, said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to our valued partner, Stocksigns, who earlier this month completed their 10th sponsored trek in support of The Children’s Trust, raising an incredible £22,750. We are immensely grateful for their continued commitment and generosity.”
Danny Adamson, Managing Director at Stocksigns, commented: “It’s an honour to continue supporting The Children’s Trust. Whether we were tackling steep ascents, edging across exposed ledges or crossing glacial streams, we knew it was all for a

specifically for construction RAMS and incorporates safety guidance throughout the process.
Frazer Visser, Customer Success and Operations Director at QR Safety, said: “Preparing RAMS can be time- consuming, and many contractors are being asked to pay substantial subscription fees for software before they have even started a project.
“We wanted to remove both the cost and the administrative barriers. That is why the QR Safety RAMS Builder will
be free for everyone, not only existing QR Safety customers.
“Our RAMS Builder uses AI to speed up the process, but it does so within a structured system shaped by real construction and health and safety experience.”
The RAMS Builder has been reviewed by qualified health and safety consultants and tested using live construction projects ahead of its public launch.
