Founded and run by husband and wife team Vicky and Mark Lopez they have established their business and services as being the very best in winter gritting through their ‘bespoke’ approach to winter maintenance.
Reputation - With over 20 years’ experience providing winter maintenance solutions across the UK, unlike many other providers De-ice is focused year-round on winter and does not diversify in the summer months.
Dedicated account management - All De-ice account managers are specialists within their field. They are expert managers who work exclusively for healthcare, FM, property, commercial, logistics, and many other industries.
Skilled workers - All operatives undergo annual industry specific training and hold a number of qualifications and certificates. When ‘on-the job’ they are provided with De-ice PDA’s, allowing them to deliver real time job reporting via the De-ice portal.

Forecasting - The data De-ice uses monitors not only the road surface temperature, but also road surface conditions, meaning they only attend when necessary. Their expertise and technology allow them to pre-warn and prepare clients for snowfall.
Technology - De-ice utilises industry specific technology to assist and monitor the service provision, including a bespoke build CRM system. Site specific information means custom alerts are initiated according to trigger temperatures.
