S.A.F.E. - KEY BENEFITS TO CLOSED LOOP

DISPENSING RD’s SafTflo closed loop chemical systems ensure every connection and dispensing point to enforce total containment and safety at every stage of the process – from installing a new chemical all the way through dispensing product. Closed loop chemical dilution and dispensing systems take the guess work out of mixing and diluting chemicals, and allows the cleaning staff to execute their duties using less time and resources.

Safety A correctly engineered connection system ensures the integrity of the Closed Loop system, a vital safety requirement, considering the concentrated or harsh chemicals that are required in today’s cleaning environment. Failure of the dispensing system can cause injury to employees, operational disruption, and expensive liability claims.

Accuracy Closed loop systems require the correct connection system to be effective in preventing spills and leaks while delivering the right product to optimize cleaning. Precise dilution, reinforced through color-coding for easy training, leads to maximum cleaning performance and satisfied end users. The system eliminates mixing mistakes.

Financial protection Chemicals shipped in highly concentrated forms are dependent on the end user for proper handling and accurate dilution. Waste from leaks and spills, mixing mistakes, improper dispensing, damage to surfaces or equipment, or injury to employees, is increasingly costly.

Environmental stewardship Standards of environmental protection, as well as concern about a good reputation for environmental compliance, are constantly increasing. Customers are demanding more from chemical suppliers to help them meet challenges from government regulations and green trends such as LEED certification and Green Seal GS- 37 dispensing requirements.

HISTORY OF

STEWARDSHIP Rod Laible, president/CEO of RD Industries, Inc. has always been a visionary. This gift has been with him long before 1968 when he began RD from humble beginnings in Omaha, US. His vision has grown from a simple idea to help businesses dispense chemicals into a thriving multi-million dollar company that now provides chemical containment and dispensing solutions worldwide. In the beginning, the company primarily served the United States Jan/San industry, but in recent years, RD has been expanding their business efforts overseas with a goal of making the world a safer place by increasing chemical safety for those in the workplace.

RD INDUSTRIES ADDS NEW EMPLOYEES TO AID

For the last 12 years, Tim built up the European division of Nordson EFD (a US- based Fluid Dispensing equipment manufacturer). Tim recruited and managed a large team of people in Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Manufacturing and Logistics across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Tim will now focus on the needs of RDI’s Customers to ensure that growth is in partnership with their market needs.
