CONTINUING EDUCATION :: POCT

the newly implemented point-of-care tests continue to support the value-based healthcare provided. As you can see, the POCT program can be quite complex and requires a multidisciplinary approach, including laboratory, nursing, respiratory therapy, and physicians. Having a POC data man- agement system is vital for maintaining an inspection-ready program, reducing the workload on staff, increasing program efficiency, and improving patient safety.
