POPULAR OFFSHORE EVENT BACK IN NORWAY O
NS takes place every second year in Stavanger, Norway: the next event is 29 August – 1 September
2022. During the ONS event, more than 65,000 visitors from around 100 countries gather in Stavanger. Featuring nine exhibition halls with over 1,00 companies from 37 countries, the event boasts operators and suppliers from the entire energy industry. In addition, the popular ONS Conference returns – the last conference saw 3,635 delegates attend to hear numerous sessions on a wide range of subjects. Every ONS has its own theme, and the theme for this year’s event is “Trust”. There are just a few elementary
forces that hold our world together. The one that’s the glue of society is called trust. It is the building block for any relationship, without which the foundation will always remain shaky. It’s our energy industry’s
role to design, build and shape the sustainable energy future. We need to respond to the big questions of our time in a manner that boost long term trust. From international diplomacy. From investors. From the young generations. But how? The energy industry aims to meet the toughest global hurdles with business solutions, commitments and genuine willingness to act.
