BATTERIES IN FOCUS T
he Battery Show Europe is returning to Messe Stuttgart in Germany between 23- 25 May 2023 to provide
attendees the opportunity to find solutions to their applications needs, observe the latest technologies, and connect with industry peers. Combined with the Electric &
Hybrid Technology Expo, the Battery Show Europe showcases advanced battery and electric and hybrid vehicle technologies with the potential to advance the automotive, transport and e-mobility sectors. More than 540 suppliers from across the battery supply chain will present their product innovations and technological solutions to the industry.
Attendees can expect to take
away new ideas for increased battery efficiencies and reduced manufacturing costs, while live product demonstrations will provide visitors with a close look at cutting- edge battery technology. Global companies such as 3M,
Henkel, and Siemens AG will present product showcases that offer a detailed overview of new and improved solutions for popular transport applications, while various networking receptions will bring together like-minded engineers, designers and decision makers. Held one day before the expo, four
three-hour pre-conference workshops will explore current and important
topics in the advanced batteries and electric and hybrid vehicles space, ranging from electrification of the off-road vehicle market to battery safety training and next-generation battery and EV thermal management technologies. Throughout the exhibition, an
expert-led conference will deliver keynotes, technical sessions, and lightening talks from industry thought leaders and OEMs. Previously, speakers have hailed from high-profile automotive manufacturers like Audi, BMW, Ford, Hyundai and Volkswagen, and from global OEMs such as BASF, Deloitte, Eaton and Williams Advanced Engineering. Last year, The Battery Show Europe
included concept cars on show for the first time during the exhibition, and will be looking to bring additional new show features for the 2023 event.
