OFFSHORE WIND EXHIBITION RETURNS G

lobal Offshore Wind 2023 (GOW) is returning to London on 14-15 June. Bigger than ever before, the previously sold-out exhibition has been extended to include more than 200 companies and the comprehensive programme has been packed with hours of relevant content. There will be 200+ speakers delivering thought-provoking sessions, guiding discussions and inciting debates on a wide range of topics. Plus, over 5,000 attendees are expected from 50+ countries, ensuring a rich pool of individuals from which to network. The full programme will explore

a spectrum of subjects, providing delegates with valuable market insight, individual project updates and innovative new ideas. Among the sessions will be a panel discussion on what is needed to secure our energy future. Industry experts will consider the current economic environment and its impact on the offshore wind sector, as well as what needs to be done to ensure a financially and environmentally sustainable global workforce and supply chain. The role of offshore wind in reducing overall

energy prices will also be highlighted. Other sessions will

focus on the offshore wind global supply chain and how we might unlock further investment, as well as how the industry might increase integration of projects. There will also be presentations sharing progress of individual projects and the general offshore wind market in the USA, in addition to updates on global trends and milestones from GWEC. No GOW is complete without a look

to the future and there will be several opportunities to explore what that might look like in the global offshore wind space. Floating offshore wind will feature heavily, as will strategies to build the workforce and deliver a diverse and strong supply chain for this new market. An event like this that brings

together so many experts and organisations from across the international offshore wind sector is the perfect place to share best practice
