OFFSHORE EVENT set for SUCCESS O
MC 2019 will be held from March 27 to 29 in Ravenna, Italy. Since its launch in 1993, OMC has become the largest exhibition and conference dedicated to the offshore and oil & gas industry that covers all the sectors and activities related to energy, oil & gas industry, offshore and onshore in the Mediterranean and North Africa. The past edition was a great success in terms of participation and for the quantity and quality of attendees, both in the technical sessions of the conference and the exhibition. It featured 20,603 participants, 634 exhibiting companies representing 33 countries; and the next one promises to be even better. The prestigious list of invited speakers
and participants includes the ministers of petroleum and CEOs of European and African countries and delegations from the Eastern Mediterranean. Participating countries include Croatia, France, Germany, Libya, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Turkey and the USA, among many others.

the one hand, we need to offer, to the producer countries, the possibility of progressive sustainable development and improvement of the living conditions of the population, using the huge discoveries of gas but also the energy component from renewable sources they are rich of. On the other hand, there is Europe, a big energy consumer, engaged in diversifying the sources of energy supply. The Mediterranean lies among them, just as a bridge.” l
