Get involved - it’s a piece of cake


A TENANT event had all the ingredients for an exceedingly good get- together. An event called ‘Help put the icing on the cake’ at Wheatley House in Glasgow saw tenants come together to discuss how Dunedin Canmore is performing. They talked about how the new repairs service is shaping up and how Dunedin Canmore is making sure it listens to tenants’ priorities. They also looked at plans


for a new policy on letting homes and providing people with housing advice. Dunedin Canmore’s Managing Director Hazel Young said: “It’s vital for Dunedin Canmore to take into account tenants’ views.” Afternoon tea – as well as a slice of cake – was also served.

USTOMERS from Dunedin Canmore communities have been enjoying local events


across the city this summer. The events have included fun days in neighbourhoods, local parks and even a canal race at Fountainbridge with housing officers trying their hand at raft building. So far over 400 customers have been to their local events. It’s been great to see you all.
