OUR housing officers are split into two area teams – the Forth team and the Pentlands team. Each housing officer has a patch
of around 200 homes to manage and more freedom than ever before to make decisions for you at the first point of contact. Our staff are out and about in
your areas in order to build strong relationships with you.

How long have you worked for Dunedin Canmore? I’ve worked at Dunedin Canmore for nearly
two and half years. I started off in our Customer Service Centre and became a housing officer in November 2016. What area do you cover? I cover parts of Craigentinny, Portobello and
Leith.
What do you most like about being a housing officer?
The best part of my job is that no day is the same. I enjoy working closely with my customers and supporting them to make positive changes. What are your hopes for your tenants? My hope for my tenants is that they can live in a community they are proud of.
How long have you worked for Dunedin Canmore? I’ve been a housing officer at Dunedin
Canmore for three years. What area do you cover? I cover Fountainbridge – Murdoch Terrace,
Watson Crescent, Fowler Terrace, Dundee Terrace and Cathay Court. What do you most like about being a housing officer? I like getting positive feedback from customers and knowing I have provided a first class service. What are your hopes for your tenants? My hopes for tenants are a safe and pleasant community to live in and a top rate service from their housing association.
