Travel Insurance – Please ensure your travel insurance includes cover to meet all your requirements. You must take out travel insurance when you book, even if you have a European Health Insurance Card because that provides only for basic emergency medical treatment. How to Pay – Debit card, credit card or bank transfer (including staged balance payments, see online).
Star Ratings – The star ratings in this brochure and website are our own assessment, which may differ from local official gradings.
Hosting – Every holiday is Hosted by a member of our UK or Irish staff, or by a local Host or Hotel/Cruise staff who Host on our behalf. These Hosts are your first contact with any questions while on holiday, but you can always contact our office in the UK.
