We started our Houseparty holidays in 1999 and they are very popular with guests. Some properties are exclusive and in others we share the property with other guests. New for 2025 we have an excusive property in Corfu Greece.

It’s like staying in a villa with friends
Guests describe our Houseparties as “like staying in a big villa with a group of friends, with a private pool and our own chef”. This means presenting the rooms for single occupancy: a double bed or setting twin beds side by side. It means arranging the restaurant to give us one big table (or two) for breakfast and dinner.
Group size
In our exclusive properties all rooms are for Friendship Travel guests and this dictates the size of the group. In other properties we welcome between 10 and 14 guests on each Houseparty and allow the hotelier to keep some rooms for their own use. There may be other holidaymakers about, but we ‘call the shots’ and create the atmosphere.
Hosts on hand
Your Host is on hand six days a week, helping you get the most out of your holiday, whether youwantto relax around the pool, join a group trip or sight-see independently.
Is it a party villa? OR a quiet night in?
Don’t expect a Houseparty to be a ‘party palace’ with wild nightlife – far from it! First-time solo travellers particularly enjoy the laid-back atmosphere and supportive environment.
