ome business owners may be afraid of the uncertain times of opening a store in a new area but
I fi rmly believe that the benefi ts can signifi cantly outweigh the risks. That is why I have opened our new shop in the idyllic Broadland village of Horning on Lower Street, next to the waters edge. Firstly, this is an area that I have personally resided in for the past 10 years, and I fully understand its holiday trade, with the huge seasonal infl ux of people, whether it be by boat, holiday home or coach trips. With our location we are right amongst it here, offering all of our services, along with delightful gifts and accessories. Our loyal customers, some of which live within the area, have the luxury of popping into our new shop to discuss their drapery and upholstery requirements and at the same time, pick up a selection of the goods on display. I have carefully selected staff to make the whole experience an upbeat one, welcoming you in, even if it's only for a browse. We are excited to be working on our design studio which will be completed by midsummer. I will spend most of my time with customers who can attend and sit in the luxurious surroundings, having a chat over coffee, whilst choosing
their home interior requirements. We can offer that personal service, a reputation we built over the years, to make the whole process of making your home beautiful as enjoyable as possible. Passing on my knowledge of interior design helps you to achieve that exceptional fi nish you desire and this is where the fun starts in my studio. Developing your ideas and even generating computer images to help you to visualise what your home will look like once completed. From here we can then progress to attend your home and get those all important measurements
