holidaying in the UK for years, but with the Covid situation as it is in so many other countries around the world many more of us have embraced what the British Isles has to offer. A rich bounty of home-grown goodness. With so many great destinations right on our doorstep we are realising that we didn't really need that eight hour fl ight. Spending time with your loved ones is ultimately much more important than recreating a Life on Marbs. The importance of our local communities has never been so prevalent in our minds, and at the centre of these are the local businesses which have supported and served us over the years. Now is our time to support them. The shops, pubs, restaurants, theatres and many other local businesses which come together to form an integral patchwork quilt each as diverse as the next. Without them we will just be a society of next day deliveries. So remember your local pub... needs you.
