appy New Year and welcome to the January 2021 edition!


We hope you all managed to have a lovely Christmas, although a very different one and managed to see your family over this time.


As I write this, some of the new Covid vaccines are just being delivered to the UK and will shortly be administered to people. I’m hoping and praying that this all goes well and to plan and we can look forward more confidently to a world similar to what we once knew. In the meantime, we still have to be on our guard but I think we can be more optimistic for the future.


We are now traditionally coming up to a period of cold weather and snow, please keep yourselves warm and remember to keep an eye out on any elderly neighbours and relatives to make sure they are also safe and warm.


We have a fantastic new attraction to Barnstaple which is opening this month …. Outside In Rollerdrome, a roller skating rink! How amazing is this? You can find out more on pages 24/25 but make sure you pay them a visit.
