Our installation team will arrive on site on your chosen date and the installation will take place over the number of days specified. They will keep you updated along the way if required and will leave the site clean and tidy.


Once complete, they will leave you with a project completion form for you to fill in, this can be completed on the day and handed back to the installation team, or in your own time and emailed back to us. The project completion form allows the job to be signed off the system so your after sales pack and guarantee (if applicable) can be sent to you. It also gives you a chance to tell us how satisfied you are with each stage of your experience with us.


AFTERSALES CARE


Once we have installed your canopy or shelter, your experience with us does not end there. We will send you an aftersales pack which will contain your guarantee if applicable and your maintenance schedule.


Keep these documents safe as you will need them should you require any works completed that fall under the guarantee. It’s important that you read through the maintenance schedule once you’ve received it and ensure the required maintenance is completed to ensure the validation of your guarantee. Following the maintenance schedule will also ensure the longevity of your canopy and will keep it looking as good as new as the years go by.
