The next step would be to arrange a full site survey at a mutually convenient day and time. The survey will be carried out by our Surveyor that covers your local area and will only take around 30 minutes to complete. Visiting your site allows us to generate an accurate, firm quotation once back at the office.


During the visit, our Surveyor will assess your chosen area, checking for any obstructions we’d need to work around and take some pictures for the staff back in the office. They will also go over our product range with you so you can choose a product (or two for choice) if you haven’t already, and they will go through the benefits of each to find the product that fits your requirements perfectly.


QUOTATION


Once the Surveyor is back in the office; we will discuss your requirements with our Pricing team and provide them with the survey notes so they can create a full, firm quotation.


Depending on how busy we are, you should receive your quotation within 5-10 working days, please note – in our busier periods, this time frame may be extended. The quotation will be valid for 3 months from the issue date unless otherwise stated.


ORDER


When you are ready to place your order with us, all you need to do is give us a call or email, making reference to your quotation number and we’ll arrange an installation date that is convenient for you, subject to availability. We’ll then raise an order for you to sign and send back to us.


Once you place your order, we will arrange a pre site meeting to assess the area, discover access, equipment needed, discuss any health and safety concerns and work with you to ensure our works will not affect your regular school day.
