THE


Wortley Golf Club 12th IRE Big Swing


All that took part in the IRE golf day had a very good Day, Wortley Golf Club put on a very good event.


With coffee and bacon sandwiches to start the day followed by 18 holes of golf and a meal to finish.


This event had not been organised for a couple of years and hence numbers attending were much lower than in the past, but this allowed all to sit on one large table making the day very friendly and we will run the same format next year.

This year’s clear winner was Paul Walker, followed by Peter Lilley and Mark Allen.


All that took part would like to thank the organisers for putting on a great event and hope this can again become a regular fixture in the Institute calendar.
