If you had the power, what would you change in the property industry, and why? I would definitely approve if all agents had to be licenced and we got rid of the “cowboys”
What’s the strangest request you have received from a customer? When listing a property in Marbella I was asked how much to charge to rent out per room !!! if you get my driſt.
What makes your Estate Agency different from the rest? I would like to think aſter been in the business for over 14 years I am a very straight talker, and take a no nonsense approach, which I think has rubbed off on my girls.
What was your favourite sale and why? My favourite sale was a property in El Madronal which I was determined to sell as I myself fell in love with it!
As an agent that see’s a lot of different urbanisations, where would you most like to live? I am happy where I am in El Paraiso.
How do you see the property market in the short and long terms? Lets not mention the B word as I think everyone is totally bored with it, and if a client wants to buy and are serious they will buy regardless.
Who has been your biggest influence in business and why? Myself as I push to achieve the best I can, and my husband who offers me constant support.
How does Property Mail help your business? It gets to clients that we can’t neccesarily reach, also some clients still like t use paper.
