At least 21 species of skate, ray and shark are found in UK waters; we will collect the empty egg cases to discover what species may be laying their eggs in the Irish Sea, using ID guides to identify species. Monster Mud Dip and Spooky Sand Sculptures Beach Cafe Fylde, South Promenade, Lytham St Anne’s Join us as we discover the mysterious muddy monsters living in the Ribble Estuary and create spooky sand sculptures on the beach. We will be digging around to find all


sorts of hidden animals such as worms, shrimps, snails and fascinating shells, with plenty of ID guides to help you learn about your finds, and plenty of wading birds to admire too.
