Meet Diana Dallimore of NCH Dallimore Marbella
In this issue, we talk to Diana Dallimore from NCH Dallimore Marbella, and get to know what makes them so different.
How did you first get into the industry? In 1983! I was part of the team selling golf properties in Nueva Andalucía and this has turned out to be the start of what became a life time passion.
If you had the power, what would you change in the property industry, and why? I would very much like to see much more professionalism in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry all along the Costa del Sol.
What’s the strangest request you have received from a customer? Many! Te best one and I totally had fun organising all was a Surprise birthday party in the grounds of their beautiful home without our clients wife knowing!
What makes your Estate Agency different from the rest? NCH Marbella’s greatest success is in having a first class relationship with all parties concerned in both purchasing and selling a

property and has been built up over 35 years. Working on the ethics of honesty and trust, combined with the knowledge, the passion and the experience, I have seen the Costa del Sol change so much from my early days of living in Marbella & all the surrounding area.
What was your favourite sale and why? Tere have been many, and I just enjoy all aspects of the buying process and aſtersales to me everyone is very important.
As an agent that see’s a lot of different urbanisations, where would you most like to live? Nueva Andalucia, it’s just the perfect location and so near to all. We do have many clients wishing to purchase in the Golf Valley & we have a the finest portfolio of properties in Nueva Andalucia.
How do you see the property market in the short and long terms? Well! Good in general, it’s difficult times all over the world and Marbella has its own bubble. As we have such a cosmopolitan society there are always buyers, who would wish to move here!
Who has been your biggest influence in business and why? All our clients have been inspirational to me, and their stories as to how they became so successful, is so inspiring it makes me realise all you have to do in life is to want a be successful badly enough.
