CHILDREN’S Sunday session 'Cinema+Create' back at The Fisher Theatre, Sunday 20th October at 10am.


Cinema+Create is a popular, volunteer-produced session for children and their grown ups to enjoy at The Fisher Theatre in Bungay during the cooler months when the great outdoors is not always an option! We started back in 2017, with huge support from the community. We show a film followed by multiple themed crafts or imaginative play opportunities for parents/ carers and children to share, for just £5 per person. October's film choice is


Up! A new Pixar classic and a bit of a universal-people- pleaser. We are yet to meet anyone who has not fallen deeply in love with it. Carl Fredricksen, a 78-year-old balloon salesman, is about to fulfill a lifelong dream. Tying thousands of balloons to his house, he flies away to the


South American wilderness. But curmudgeonly Carl's worst nightmare comes true when he discovers a little boy named Russell is a stowaway aboard the balloon-powered house. The session has been supported by Bungay Town Council and Norwich, Waveney and District Creative Mojo - who, themselves, explore hands- on art with adults who experience mental health issues, learning or physical issues and people living with dementia at home and in residential care settings. (Find them on Facebook - they do amazing work). Cinema followed by parent/ carer and child crafts suitable for 3 years and up. Introducing Joyful Voices Community Choir’s


New Musical Director:- Laura White


LAURA is an experienced, talented director of music living in Bungay. She performs as a member of the Voxettes Trio and also is Choir Leader of local High Schools. Enjoy two taster sesions


at £5 with Laura and the Joyful Voices singing from a repertoire, taught by ear. Everyone, all ages are welcome to come and try out the group. You will receive a warm welcome from the regular vocalists, we always enjoy ourselves! You don’t need to be able


to read music and there’s no auditions. Just turn up and join in with


the unaccompanied (Capella) harmonious singing. The songs are arranged for


different voice parts, so its easy to slot into the section where your voice feels comfortable. The first session will be


on Tuesday 24th September 7pm - 9pm in the foyer of the Emmanuel Church, Upper Olland Street, Bungay. We usually meet every two weeks and follow local school terms. Come along on Tuesday and

GTC brings 9 to 5 The Musical to the Pavilion Theatre, Gorleston

issues on her first day (such as being unable to work a Xerox machine) and feels there is something more inhibiting her. Violet is frustrated by Hart’s treatment of all the employees and although working hard, being overlooked for promotion. All three women, in separate settings, share mutual feelings, but all feel they can overcome it and make it all work out in the end.
