Now September’s here it’s time to add exercise to your routine at the new Leiston Leisure Centre! We have a huge array of activities available for all ages. Have a look for some ideas to keep the whole family happy, healthy and active now everyone’s back in the routine!


Active young people this September Soft Play Area


Let your little ones aged 3 months to 6 years loose in our new 3 storey soft play! We’ve got a slide, rollers, bish bash bags and a ball pond!


Gym:


The new 64-station fitness suite includes cardiovascular, strength, resistance and functional zones, is now open!


Group Exercise and Group Cycling Studios:


Court hire Teach your little ones something different this weekend, grab your


racquets and have a game of squash or badminton at our place! Learn to Swim


If you can swim you can enjoy all of the exciting activities that the water has to offer. We offer lessons for all ages and all of our lessons are taught by qualified teachers. We work to Swim England’s National Teaching Plan for Aquatics in all of our sessions. We have


lessons available for all ages from pre-school to Adults.


Teen Gym We offer supervised gym session for those aged 11 to 15 years. These sessions are hugely popular and we always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.


Our two new dance studies to host our group fitness programme are open! We have everything from HIIT to Pilates and much else in between.


Swimming:


Swimming is a great way to stay physically active and we’ve got an activity for you, whatever you’re into. You can maintain and develop your fitness with our lane swimming sessions, learn to swim whatever your age with our development sessions or just enjoy a splash around to stay healthy.
