opposite direction. After a number of years in the GNSL, United are re-joining Division 1 under the familiar face of manager Kevin Taylor.


Of the eight new teams entering the competition, there are three newcomers, AFC Cheltenham, 303 Squadron and Worcester City Royals. While AFC Cheltenham are a newly formed club, 303 Squadron have been competing in a local 5 a side league and have decided to take the step up to play 11 aside matches.


The League Committee has also seen some changes after loyal servants John Hunt and Ian Swales stepped down at the AGM in June. They have been replaced by Ian-Nelder Morgan who will take over John’s reigns as Fixture Secretary and Martin Pates who is the new Referee Secretary.
