AMAIDSTONE charity was one of five initia- tives to reach the final of a UK-wide contest with itsMum2Mumbefriending service. The Princess Project reached the last round


of the 2019 Cinnamon Project Lab Final on June 25. Mum2Mum helps local churches to sup-


port vulnerable young mums in their parishes. Princess Project CEO Emma Tanner (pic-


tured) said: “There is a huge need not just in our community, but in others around the country and we hope that young mums all across theUKwill be able to benefit fromthe work we’ve been doing.” The winning projects each received a de-

Thewinner of each categorywould be decided on the day of the fete. Itwas hoped to put thewinning photographs into a calendar.
