A big hello to all and welcome to our first edition of Primary Times for 2019 helping you gear up for the school break coming up!
The cold weather may be settling in but there’s no need to worry about how to fill the days as there are plenty of weather-proof solutions this half term! Make the best of the school holidays by getting the kids off the sofa and heading out! We’ve featured some fabulous places to burn some energy outdoors or stimulate small minds under cover – turn to page 11 to plan some days out that are guaranteed to entertain the gang!
Got a birthday party to organise and need some inspiration? Then check out our Party Planning Ideas on page 32 highlighting the best activities in the area. Many venues will manage, clear up and even provide gifts so that you get a chance to enjoy the birthday fun too!
If education for your little ones is also on your mind, we’ve rounded up the latest news from our local schools to help keep you up-to-date with all their recent developments and plans.
We’ll be back again in March, when we’ll be looking forward to warmer spring days and featuring lots of exciting Easter news and events. In the meantime, we wish you a very happy half term!
