starts fall off with its sixth annual Okto- berfest from 9/14-10/28. Then, on Friday, 11/24, the Park skating rink opens for the winter (free; skate rentals are $8 - bring your own if you can). In the evening of 11/24, the “Light Up The Park” tree lighting of- ficially starts off the holiday season. But, with the holidays coming, per- haps shopping is more your thing. That’s okay, since the Fashion Outlets of Chicago is the perfect destination for getting great
