Shipping Information: • Most Penn State Industries Machines and accessories are shipped by UPS, USPS Priority Mail or Newgistics. For your convenience. certain machines are shipped in two cartons.
• Items marked “FOB Phila” will be shipped by common carrier (truck). Call for shipping charges.
• First day, Second day and Third day service is available by UPS. Please call for rates.
• Charges are valid only for shipments within the continental U.S. excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Call for charges to other destinations.
• Shipping charges for machines and accessories are listed in the catalog along with product pricing. Prices are for standard UPS(Ground)/USPS Ground deliveries.
• International shipping charges will be quoted prior to order being shipped. Penn State Industries is not responsible for any duty or other custom fees.
• Where no charge is indicated, these items are included either with a machine or other accessories at no extra charge. However, a minimum $8.95 shipping and handling fee is charged for any shipment.We reserve the right to ship UPS, USPS, or Newgistics at our discretion.
• Additions to your order at a later time may not be possible and will require a new order with shipping charges.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded for cancellations if the order has already been processed. This policy applies to all ground shipments, both Priority Mail and UPS. Penn State Industries will make every effort to ship within 4 working days of the customer’s order. This is subject to product availability.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. We will promptly replace the product, give you credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. No reason is required for the return, but we would appreciate your written comments so we can serve you and all our valued customers even better in the future.
Return Procedure: • Call if you are returning an item for any reason including: refunds, repair, exchange, credit, and etc. You will be issued a return authorization number that must appear on your return carton.
• Please have your invoice handy when contacting us.
• All returns must be shipped pre-paid and in re-saleable condition.
• Items being returned for refund must be packed in the original box. Include a copy of your invoice.
• Please clearly indicate the reason for your return in writing.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge after 30 days.
Holiday and Vacation Periods: Penn State is closed for all traditional holidays. Call for shipment information between Christmas and New Years.
Warranty Policy: Penn State Industries warrants PSI products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of
purchase.This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or its parts at the option of Penn State Industries. Excluded are parts which have been misused, abused, altered, or consumed by
normal operation of the machine (ie. sanding discs, belts, blades. etc.). Use of product for applications other than typical woodworking are excluded. Also excluded are direct or consequential damages to persons, property, or materials. Replacement parts are warranted to the end of warranty period. Replacement motors are warranted for 90 days.
Lifetime Guarantee on Plated Components: Penn State Industries guarantees that gold-plated components on specified pen, pencil and similar project kits will not tarnish, wear or fade. This guarantee is limited only to gold-plated components and does not apply to parts that are consumed by normal use of the product. Penn State reserves the option to replace the defective component, replace the project kit, or issue a monetary refund.
Shipping Options: USPS Priority Mail Air Service available. 95% of Priority Mail arrives within 3 days. The Postal Service also delivers on Saturday at no extra charge. Deliveries can also be made to P.O. Boxes. PSI offers this for packages under 4 lbs for deliveries to the entire U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. Call to request Priority Mail rates for packages 5 lbs. and over. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates for USPS packages. Call for shipping cost.
