A modern UK east coast trust port with particular expertise in the offshore energy sectors supporting mobilisation/demobilisation for oil & gas, subsea and renewables projects.
Blyth has significant expertise in general project cargo as well as supporting container, dry bulk and break bulk sectors cargoes. The port offers high quality warehousing and engineering facilities with overhead cranes supported by a strong engineering/fabrication supply chain located in the port.
Large development sites for offshore energy related manufacturing, construction base and O&M activity are available with financial incentives. One such example is the near 200ha Energy Central development offered in conjunction with project partner Arch, which is currently being prepared for development with £26m of public investment.
