Fort Worth Dressage Club News
The Fort Worth Dressage Club (FWDC) is a club devoted to dressage
and dressage activities for its members. We work throughout the year to provide educational opportunities and fun activities for our members. FWDC holds monthly meetings at Szechuan Chinese Restaurant off
Bryant Irving the 4th Monday of every month at 6:30 PM. Everyone is wel- come. Please check out our website at
www.fortworthdressageclub.comto see
our latest happenings and activities. Who knows, you may find yourself in some of the pictures. If you don’t have time to go online, stay in touch with FWDC’s monthly newsletters and group e-mails to be informed of club ac- tivities and other dressage events in the community. Let me know if you would like a dressage event added to our calendar. FWDC had its annual pool party filled with games, swimming, and
food. It was a great way to visit and cool off in August in Texas. Thanks to members Ab and Renee Smith for opening their beautiful home to us. All had a good time. October brings us our Region 9 Championships in Houston. Good luck
to all FWDC members who will be competing. Also in October is our annual Adult Camp. Thanks to Charles Scott
from Noble Champions Sporthorses for donating his beautiful facility to FWDC. Ten members receive a chance to ride with a professional for a low price due to a grant awarded from the Dressage Foundation. Members who volunteer get first chance to participate. This year our clinician is Region 9 Director, Sherry Guess. She is well known for her expertise and we feel hon- ored to have her as our cli- nician. Join FWDC and learn
included a TMJ release demo.
