Sheriffs, jail administrators and other county law enforcement personnel gath- ered at the AAC in July for an annual Guardian RFID user’s meeting. Guard- ian RFID is an inmate monitoring system that is free of charge to counties that are members of the AAC Risk Management Program. The annual meeting is geared toward teaching those in the field how to better use the equipment.
