CHIEF PETER GAUNTLETT RECEIVES ALARM ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA

AAF PAST PRESIDENT JOHN TOSCANO PRESENTS CHIEF PETER GAUNLETT (L) WITH THE AWARD AT THE AAF ANNUAL BUSINESS CONFERENCE IN ORLANDO MAY 24, 2018


The Alarm Association of Florida recognized Chief Peter Gauntlett of the City of St. Cloud, Florida with their annual Law Enforcement Officer of the Year award for 2017. It was presented at the AAF annual business conference for the outstanding program Chief Gauntlett initiated for alarm dispatch management. After the first year the program resulted in a very significant 67% reduction of alarm dispatches. Further improve- ments to the program have produced even better results. Our congratulations to Chief Gauntlett and the City of St. Cloud Police Department.
