Our Care for Carers services include: • in-home respite


• overnight community respite • activities and outings with community groups • one-on-one support during the day • support to find residential respite so you can take a break.


At Uniting Communities, we provide opportunities for carers to take a break from their caring responsibilities and relax at home while the person in their care spends a few days at one of our beachside cottages.


If you are caring for a family member or friend over 65, who is frail or has dementia, they can take a short holiday by the sea, while you have a break.


Our cottage respite holiday homes are located in the Yorke and Eyre Peninsulas and are available for up to four nights at a time. Round-the-clock care is provided by trained staff on-site.
