Whilst living and painting in Nigeria in the 1980s Jackie’s love of painting led to art college as a mature student. Having moved to Worcestershire in 2013 Jackie now paints and exhibits locally as well as taking commissions for portraits.

In the stillness of parked vehicles, discarded trash & waiting skips, Shaun finds a profound melancholy in details of West Midlands urban life. Many of his nocturnal subjects appear haunted – sunk within inky shadows or bathed in the sickly hues of street lighting.
