Pitmans Law has strengthened its Solent matrimonial team with the appointment of Tanya Dhillon as a senior associate based in the Southampton office. Dhillon is experienced in all family law matters including divorce, pre/ post nuptial agreements and matters relating to children and is particularly experienced in high-net- worth matrimonial cases involving complex financial matters. Dhillon previously worked at firms Jasper Vincent and Judge Sykes Frixou.


Property consultancy JLL in Southampton has boosted its team with the appointment of four new recruits. Jonathan Manhire joins as an associate director for logistics and warehousing, working on multi-let and large-scale warehousing projects across the South Coast. Manhire previously worked for Flude Commercial, a regional firm of chartered surveyors based in Chichester. Prior to that, he worked for Lidl UK as an acquisitions manager. Southampton's industrial team, which is led by director David McGougan, works on high-profile projects including: Centric 341, south central; Mountpark, Southampton; Walworth Business Park; Velocity and Glenmore Business Park, Chichester. Simon Woodruff, who previously worked at Goadsby in Bournemouth has also joined the team as a surveyor to support the agency team across the industrial and office sector. Natalie Kyle and Nicolene Francis, complete the agency team in business administration roles.


Southampton-based law firm Moore Blatch has appointed Zoe Owen as residential team manager. Owen has 20 years’ experience working in residential property specialising in development and plot sales, with clients ranging from developers of bespoke individual property builders to volume sales for major housebuilders. Owen said: “Moore Blatch’s residential conveyancing team has an unrivalled reputation both in terms of experience and knowledge so I’m delighted to be joining them.”


Property advisers Vail Williams LLP has appointed valuations expert Chris Wright as associate to its Southampton office. Specialising in property valuations, Wright joins Vail Williams from Lambert Smith Hampton, where he was head of valuation for the Solent region. He brings with him experience in the valuation of residential properties including development and investment portfolio valuations, and is experienced in working across all sectors of commercial property, including offices, industrial, and retail.

Tansey, who is managing director of marketing agency Intergage, will be supported in his year in office by new senior vice-president Liz Willingham and junior vice-president Stephen Mills. Willingham, who is managing director of Liz Lean PR, and Mills, a partner at Mazars, are due to succeed Tansey in 2019 and 2020. James Robinson of PKF Francis Clark was appointed honorary treasurer. Sunseeker chief executive Phil Popham and Inspire managing director Warren Munson were confirmed as non- executive directors for another year. Elected ambassadors were Simon West, Paul Collins, Kimberley Davies, Mandy Holford and James Akin-Smith.


The employment team at Paris Smith LLP has grown with the addition of two new solicitors. Tabytha Cunningham and Charlotte Farrell joined the Southampton and Winchester firm as associates from another South Coast law firm, Coffin Mew LLP. Cunningham qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has particular experience advising employers in the care and public sectors. Farrell qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has particular experience in the education and charity sectors. Both bring with them a wealth of experience in advising local and national businesses on all aspects of employment law and assisting clients to find practical solutions to their HR issues.

BOFA International, world leader in fume and dust extraction technology, has appointed Luke Ziolkowski as business development manager– special projects to grow its international presence in the 3D printing, automotive and dental sectors. Based in Warsaw, Poland, Ziolkowski joins the BOFA team with considerable experience gained in capital equipment sales for the healthcare industry and is looking forward to using his international business experience to expand the company’s market reach.
