Taoist Tai Chi Society Announces New Classes I


mprove your health and energy with Taoist Tai Chi. Reduce stress and become more relaxed. New classes start in January and February at locations throughout the Triangle


and include a four-month beginner package for new students. No special clothing, equip- ment, or aptitude is needed to learn. Te practice of Taoist Tai Chi promotes health and wellbeing for people of all ages and health conditions. Students consistently report relief from pain, better flexibility and balance, and reduced stress New classes begin at 10am at the Southern Star Ballroom in the Falls Village Shopping
