Electrician/Approved Electrician
Due to further expansion we are recruiting for Approved Electricians/ Electricians for electrical contracting work to current NICEIC and IEE Regulations.
Ideally you have 3 years’ experience in domestic & commercial electrical contracting and an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
Must be able to work on own initiative & have a full clean driving licence.
Must be organised and able to complete paperwork associated with role. Current ECS card is an advantage.
Employment offered on a PAYE basis. Rates paid according to experience. Immediate start available.

The Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Warden; collection and accounting for income; arranging the maintenance of the buildings and gardens; bookkeeping and banking; insurance and correspondence. Would suit a local person working mainly from home.
