TThe Yorkshire division of national homebuilder, Bellway recently opened its new Finningley development, Frobisher Court and was inundated with potential buyers for the entire opening weekend.
Located on Old Bawtry Road, Frobisher Court has been designed with the intention of appealing to everyone from first time buyers through to growing families and it certainly seems like Bellway's approach has worked, with four reservations being taken and two part-exchange applications made in those first two days of sales alone.
