The local Mountain Home Business and Professional Women are in the process of preparing for National Business Women’s Week to be held Oct 16th thru Oct 20th 2017. Marvelous! Magazine is co-sponsoring the events.


According to Chair Lucinda Blair, there will be several activities held during the week with the main event being the NBWW Banquet and Silent Auction held on Thursday October 19th at Big Creek Country Club. Social period will begin at 6 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m. Following dinner, community awards will be given to:

There will be a Networking for Women event to be held at Posh at 40 Plaza Way Suite 10, Mountain Home, on Tuesday October 17th from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served. There is no charge for this event, but RSVP to 491-5215 or 421-2123.


National Business Women’s Week was established in 1928. This signature BPW event offers communities, companies, and organizations an opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge the contributions of working women.
