Obviously the output of the Beaver CB is much higher that when you would invest in a band saw in combination with bevelling machines. Another advantage is that you do not have the internal transport anymore from the saw to the bevelling machine. Another

T-DRILL – Tube and pipe fabrication solutions highly automatized tube fabrication machinery

T-DRILL is a manufacturer of high- tech tube and pipe fabrication solutions. Their wide range of machine tools caters for a versatile market. The applications are found in the Automotive, HVAC, Shipbuilding and various equipment manufacturing sectors, as well as in Water Treatment, Food and Dairy, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries.

During the trade fair Schweissen & Schneiden, this company will showcase its latest solutions and their wide range of products. Here a special focus on brand new equipment:

Automatic

collaring machine S-80 One of the latest T-DRILL innovations is a new highly effective collaring machine S-80 for butt welded branching of tubes. The S-80 machine has fully automatic collaring cycle: Pilot

hole milling, collar forming and finally trimming of the collar. The machine has been developed for thin walled tubes to make collars between 10–80,0 mm faster than ever before, which makes it a perfect solution for high volume applications while their traditional collaring machines are able to make perfect collars on heavy wall tubes.

Flanging machine F-170M Another release is the second generation of the Flanging machine F-170. This machine is easy

to move from one place to another and fits perfectly for job site or pipe fabrication shop. The working cycle is fully automatic without any tool changes. The new F-170M is suitable for pipe diameters 26,9–168,3 mm, PN16 Sch. 10. Now T-DRILL has also obtained a PED (EN 1092-1) approval for their flanging process being suitable for the use of loose flanges without any need for welding nor X-Raying. From its early beginnings, T-DRILL has developed products for mechanical contractors and plumbers, for whom the

original T-DRILL tee forming was invented. The patented T-DRILL tube collaring (tee forming or branching) method is well known all over the world. Today, they use the same principle with decades of continuous improvements to their product range. This means: fast applications with highly automatized equipment. All these efforts have resulted in larger, highly automatized tube fabrication machinery and more efficient and ergonomically designed portable machine tools.
