1. What does your club do to ensure your renovations are successful in all aspects?

Matt Cassells: We constantly ask our 2,900 mem- bers for feedback. In day-to-day conversations in the club we’re always asking what we can be doing better. We also send out lots of surveys–one to ev- ery new member after their first 90 days, and the current membership receives a survey annually. It gives them an opportunity to express what they love about the club as well as to provide construc- tive feedback. This feedback helps drive what up- grades need to take place. We also get advice from industry consultants,


industry groups and equipment manufacturers. We’re constantly touring clubs internationally, and we attend the IHRSA convention to keep on top of
