The Harron Homes team have been challenging themselves whilst raising vital funds for Yorkshire Air Ambulance. The Harron Homes team recently completed the demanding Three Peaks Challenge and everyone who took part was successful at completing the walk with finishing times ranging from 8 to 11 hours.


Most importantly, their efforts raised over £500 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance. £286 of this was contributed by Harron Homes themselves to help the team meet their target. The charity relies heavily on the support of local businesses and individuals so every penny raised is vital.


Yorkshire Air Ambulance provides fast medical response which can sometimes mean the difference between life and death. This life-saving service serves approximately 5 million people across Yorkshire so Harron Homes were delighted to get involved.


Harron Homes develop beautiful residential properties throughout Yorkshire; from Ripon and Snaith in the North to Crofton and Farsley in the West and Barnsley and Doncaster in the South.


Harron Homes are extremely passionate about building communities and not just houses and are always keen to show support for local charities and community initiatives. Their commitment to community has seen them sponsor youth teams, donate towards community parties and even help save hedgehogs, but this was definitely one of their more physically demanding activities.


The team was made up of Mike Rytwinski (Technical Director), Mark Beevers (Planner), Louise Sczurowska (Customer Care Co- ordinator), Gillian Hurst (Technical Secretary) and Warren Bate (Services Engineer) (all pictured left).
