The team at Spence Willard is fortunate to have carved a niche in the Isle of Wight’s property sector which enables us to handle the sale, letting and management of the Island’s most interesting properties. We are a forward thinking and multi-disciplined firm of estate agents and have a range of new and ground-breaking marketing initiatives and tools at our disposal with an unrivalled database of buyers and well qualified tenants.
Our rapidly expanding property management and lettings portfolio goes back some 30 plus years and now represents one of the largest portfolios on the Island of good quality rental stock. There is a good reason that around 96% of our landlord clients have been with us for the duration of their ownership and rental of the subject property. We act for a range of clients from this department and act for administrating firms, charities, and major privately owned property portfolios and trusts. Due to streamlining and a highly efficient department we are able to offer highly competitive commission rates for landlords, across the Island.
Just over a year ago we opened our Bembridge office, which has added to our success across East Wight and provides us with strategically located offices across the Island with an emphasis on locations with a high exposure to mainland visitors. Our strong links with both The London Office and Knight Frank continue in order to give our clients the best opportunity of wider interest in their property.
