Building on solid foundations
Hookway is a long-established, Bristol-based surveying practice. It was founded in 1950, and initially worked predominantly on school and ecclesiastical buildings throughout the South West. Fast forward 67 years and Hookway is flourishing; having expanded its offering and honed its in-house skills, it continues to build on the solid foundations of its past success.

A merger with Henry Vale further extended capabilities to include project management and construction health & safety, with contracts located throughout England. Today, Hookway’s expert team of chartered surveyors provides a comprehensive consultancy

service covering the commercial, historic, industrial, leisure, public and residential sectors. Senior partner Jim Corrigan, who has vast experience and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the building industry, is keen to ensure that the practice remains true to the values that is has become so well known for.
