for JES which includes its known debts, which stand at RMB1.956 billion (US$ 300 million), while the company’s assets stood at RMB1.531 billion (US$234.705 million) as of the last accounts on 31 December 2014. JEHI was registered in the PRC on 22 August 2006 and
